The Azoo set ups are only 4" deep. Thats 3" of heater sticking out of the water if you don't have any kind of sand bed in it. Good idea but I already tried it. Looks goofy but if nothing else works I think I'll have to bite the bullet and do it anyway. Christy ![]()

![]() I think they are 4"x 4"x 4".... they are tiny about a quarter of a gallon... Christy get someone to make you an over flow for it and then put your heater in a sump.. ... I think I already cracked this joke.. didn't I?... lol

I got the little heater from mops. Maxed out at 29 degrees, a bit warm so I put an ikea dimmer cord on it, set it at half and its at 26 now. Now I am just dealing with red slime algae. Fun stuff ![]()

![]() 180 gallon would work yes, but see the above link there is a 900 gallon tank for sale... much more stable in my opinion.
