Sorry to hear about the Kole.. You can add selcon to any food you give them.. take the frozen stuff out, put it into a dish and let it thaw with some selcon on it. Do remember that you are adding more organics to your tank with the selcon.. Heck you could even put it on flakes if you wanted.. As well it can be added directly to the tank. It gives directions for that.. that is up to you tho. [img]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

And good plan on the powerheads.. You can use the extra screens(round ones) you get with a Maxijet on your hagen 402's. FYI..
