Vertex Illumina V-Link

Does anyone have a Vertex Illumina V-Link??
I bought a light and the V-Link doesn't seem to be recognized by the desktop software
Any info on getting this to work would be appreciated

there has to be someone else in Calgary that is using this light and has the USB stick to update the firmware on my fixture
