Default Where to find some LR rubble and live sand locally?

After long time of starting and stopping with my tank setup, I am finally ready to put it all together and fill with water. It's a 110G with with Icecap 36XL sump.

I already have dead rock that I aquascaped and seeded with bacteria. I will use "live sand" from the bag, but know that I need some real live stuff in there to help with biodiversity and so on.

I would like to get small amount of live sand from established tank and some live rock rubble from established tank as well, just to seed all these dead rocks and sand. I would put it in fuge area of sump, but wanted to see where would be best to get these 2. Looked online in places like TBS for these, but they are all sold out, and not expecting any more soon, so hoping to find this locally.

Thanks for the help!
