Default Bubble Algae

I have 10lbs of live rock that I have been curing in a 10 gal. I have waited to add it to the main tank as I have found some small bubble algae growing on it. I have picked some of it off and sucked it out of the tank. Not sure how to treat this stuff and would like to prevent it from getting into the main. What is the best solution for this stuff, and will it spreed like wild fire if one bubble is popped?

Thanks

Marcus
