glass tank - please double check my measures

Can you guys please double-check my measures to make sure I didn't forget something (like that half-inch that was missing from my 120g)

Tank will be apprx: 35L*24W*16H
The panels will fit around the bottom and the measure are supposed to account for 1/16 silicone per joint. Eurobrace of 3" all around. Everything made in 3/8" glass.

2x 35" X 16" (pannels)
2x 23" X 16" (sides)
1x 34"1/8 X 23" (bottom)
