Default Purple Death Palys

Wondering if any one has any advice here. I purchased a Purple Death frag about 2-3 months ago. They are growing well and I occasionally feed them pellets. Only one problem... they are brown. Currently in a low flow area with medium to low lighting half way down my tank.

Did I just get ripped off with some brown palys or is this normal?

My iPhone camera actually makes them look more purple than they are haha. Dam it iPhone you see better than I do!

I think taking this picture confirms they are Purple Deaths. Any advise on getting them to color up or just be patient?

I also recently purchased some locally. I put mine in medium to high light. They seem to be doing well. I'm not amazed by the colour though, but that's probably because of my lack of lighting spectrum...

Yep looks like it to me as well.
Sometimes it takes a bit for things that you buy to adjust to your tank. Even in diffrent tanks that I have the same corals don't look the same.
Give it some time thet seem to be doing okay.
Mine are under 250w at about 24 inches and have always done well.
