Hi, I my upgraded tank recently and am noticing small snails crawling up the glass. The snails have a white shell and white to clear bodies, the biggest one I saw was about 1/8" long. I think I've heard of these things before and they were not good.

I doubt it. You never see those unless they're on a snail or a clam. These ones on th eglass are most likely fine. Unless you see them doing bad things, I'd leave them.

I have snails that match your description exactly. I haven't had any problems with them.
