Default Par reading for maristar MH/T5 combo

Any one know where i can find this information. Has been goggled but can't find anything. I have it 12 inch from my water level, and some coral is bleaching, not sure if it is the light or my water

depends on what bulbs you are using and what ballasts

ok, it is actually 9 inch from water level. 3x 250W Lumatek Electronic ballast. Running 3x14K Ushio bulb and 4x super blue ATI T5 bulbs
