EDMONTON - Parting out (slowly)

Hi all,

I am looking to part out my entire set up. Tried to sell complete a few months ago with no takers, so I figured I would need to take the time and sell off in a few stages. I have a few items that are ready to go anytime, I have to find buyer for livestock and rock, then sell off all remaining when the tank is emptied. If you have parted out a full set up and can offer some advice, please, throw me a few tips. Here is what I have;

Step 1: Ready to go;

- 20-30gal tank and stand with HOB skimmer, HOB filter, powerhead, few plastic ornaments (I used as hospital/QT tank)
Paid ?100, Asking $20

PENDING - Few mushrooms, 2 Green, 1 Red, 1 Purple/brown ($10 all)

Step 2: Find buyers and arrange p/up dates:

- Approx 200Lbs of Fiji Tonga LR (Hoping to sell all to 1 buyer)
Paid $8/Lb, Asking $5/Lb

PENDING - Acan Lg on approx 20Lb rock wedged in at bottom of pile ($60)

Step 3: Offload remainder

Misc Stuff:I can sell most of it anytime. (or try to pawn off on the buyers stopping in!) If you are looking for something specific, PM me;
- Misc: Heaters, thermometers, mag floats, LR Rubble/Sand, refractometer, cleaning supplies, pumps, buckets, plumbing, etc.

PM's only please, I will sell/reserve any of the above to the first fair price. Please note I will need to sell the stuff above in that order, so it may take a few weeks. Most equipment was purchased on line, so feel free to Google it. I am trying to avoid posting a plethora of pics. I will check posts and update information as required as well. Let me know if my prices are too high (or low), and I will update the post accordingly.

FYI, I am on the North side of Edmonton in the Castledowns area.
