I'm looking for a roommate-Edmonton

Hi as the title says I am looking to rent out a room in my house. Steve and I broke up and now I have more bills to pay then before, so a roommate would be helpful. Since I know a lot of people on here I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if anyone knew of anyone looking to rent out a room.

I live in Edmonton by Londonderry Mall. It is a large bedroom with a good sized closet on the 3rd level of the house (I live in a 4 level split) and there is a 2nd full bathroom right beside the bedroom, and we would share the common areas of the house. I have 2 dogs so whoever it is would have to be ok with dogs. I also want someone who is reliable has references and would clean up after themselves.
