Who whats a calcium reactor package ?
It's all there ! DIY reactor with pump, bubble counter, second reactor chamber, Co2 tank, feed pump, the best quality regulator, needle valve & solenoid valve, all hoses and even the media.

how big of a tank is it rated for?

Well I had it on a 215, but then used it on my 90, but as for a rating it depends on the Calcium / Alkalinity demand and how you have the reactor adjusted, the tank size is a bit irrelevant
