Just received my order from Burc, Eveything came perfectly and so far no DOA's.

Packaging was great, and shipping was efficient.

A little slow on the communications, but I understand after how much work was involved in my order alone.

Already making plans for my next order.

Just picked up my frags from Blue World...Burc...Thank you for everything including restoring my faith in receiving live SPS. Everything is in great condition, just got them in the tank and awaiting them to open but so far so good!

I have no issues placing an order with you Ken! This is the best shipment yet!

Everything seems to be in good shape with mine as well BUT I didn't get some stuff I ordered.

We'll if we don't start to trust him, how can he fix it?

Only tproblem I had was a delay in shipping, but it wwasn't like my order wasn't small either, we had like 80 frags. Plus whoever was in front of my order.

Communication could be better, but after I got his email everything went smoother, not eveyone is on CanReef 24/7.

I seen the crappy comments but thought give him a chance. Luckily I didn't get burned as after three shipments (the original order then 2 replacements) the stuff finally wasn't dead but appears not for others.

It's the reading of history through deletion of posts in his forum what would have me leary.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your comments Ken And Fox.

My fragalot.ca email server is crushed all emails wiped out from that server. Whoever sent email trough my website i havent got them. Please email me trough bucak@sympatico.ca


I apologize for the delays on replying PMs and emails. I am almost working 24 hours a day to keep it up with the orders.
