RBTA died wondering if anyone might know why

Hey everyone,

i got a RBTA clone about 2 months ago, mabye a little less. My water parameters were all good and my tank has been established for a year(i use 150MH). The RBTA just never settled in. I would often find him in the sand, or he would crawl under a rock.

Other then water parameters, what could have made it unhealthy.
