Built in overflow.

I have a 130 Gal tank. I am working on a sump for it, can somebody shed a little light on the size of holes I should drill for two overflows. Haven't purchased a pump yet but I want adequate flow. How Should I go about building the corner overflows? What material and how too hook it too the tank?
