![]() During last nights water change, I took a layer of algae off the top of my aragonite sand bed.
My question is; even though there are still some signs of this algae on the sand bed. Am I still okay to put more aragonite on top of this? I was also wondering if this would be somewhat helpful in the getting rid of this algae by smothering the layer is sits on? Thanks in advance for your input. Barrett |

![]() Covering over a little algae shouldn't hurt but wouldn't use it as a control method.
Need to get to the cause of the algae and fix it. |
