Is this a frag?

I've got this little lump on my Ricordia, and am wondering if it's a frag. If it is, can I just cut it off and glue it to a piece of rock?

Hey Jason , I don't think that is a ricordea looks more like a fuzzy mushroom. Ricordea mushrooms multiply in to different ways depending on if it is a florida ric and a yuma ric. Florida mushrooms the foot and top of the mushroom split where the yumas split from the foot only. Looks like what is in the picture is an inflated frill. Not sure if I'm a 100% right here though?
