Getting out of Saltwater

It's too bad to sell my tank and fish but i just don't have time right now to keep up with the tank maintaince.

Would prefer to sell all as one but will part out if no takers. The total price of livestock and hardware listed is $1105, but i will take $900 to avoid having to part out if anyone is interested.
