![]() I've been battling this algae for a long time as well. i've never seen Mexican Turbos anywhere. I should go check JL, I never know how to get there though :P
I've just been pulling it off by hand for the last few months. Its kind of satisfying when you pull out a giant lump of it... |

![]() also manual extraction is needed if your tank is over run. Usually with a good sized water change and sihphon tube to suck them red cotton balls out. good luck - they seem to just disappear after some time but the snails and manual removal helps to get rid of it that much faster
if you don't feed your tangs for some time, they will start to eat it too..... but might not be the most animal friendly method.
