cheap 10 gallon tanks???

hey guys, i'm looking for a 10 gallon tank to use as my sump, and i remember petcetera selling just the tank for 10-20 dollars, but i was just there last night and they want 40 for everthing,...
anyone know where i can get a 10 gallon tank for cheap?? new or used

Petcetera, petland, walmart. They seem to go up and down, if one is up, I'm sure one of them will still be cheap.
