FS: IceCap 660 Ballast and 4 - VHO Bulbs

I have for sale a 4 month old IceCap 660 Ballast, 4 - 24" 75Watt URI VHO bulbs, and all the waterproof endcaps to go with it. Three bulbs are aquasun and one is a super actinic blue. The only thing you might want to replace is the wiring harness because I have it cut fairly short because it's mounted on top of my canopy.

I paid $289.00 just for the ballast.

I'm asking $250 for everything
