120 G tank with Herbi return. Was told when purchasing it has starfire glass on front. Existing plumbing included (2" gate valve costed about $35 alone.) Sump footprint is slightly smaller than tank very large see picture. Stand was built by original owner has 4x4 for support. Exterior could be refinished/painted.
$200 for everything located in Strathcona ideally bring an extra person to help transport (its in my basement.)
Selling separately a 36 inch 4 bulb Tek light. All bulb locations tested and working perfectly. Comes with hanging kit (need interior wall clasps.) $100
