Default Anyone using a coral box d700?

If anyone is running a coral box d700 please let me know how you like it. I'm on the fence of getting a d700 or a bubble Magus curve 7

Bubble magus seems more well known however the coral box looks to be very similar and has a DC pump which will likely make it the quieter of the two

I haven't seen the Coral Box, but skimmers in general are so quiet these days that really the loudest part isn't the pump, but the air intake (and design of the silencer).

Which one of then two like you go with? At the ends of the day my goal is efficient and silence. From reading reviews they both sound pretty good but I haven't seen any running in person to compare

I can't comment on the Coral Box as I'm not familiar with it at all.

The Bubble Magus is a good skimmer for the price point. What size tank? Off the top of my head I'm not sure what the Curve 7 is rated for, but I wouldn't use the Curve 7 on anything over about 120-150 gallons.

What skimmer did you end up going with? I am also considering a coral box skimmer and have read some good reviews.

Do you have it yet? If so what do you think of it?
