Question about circular tanks

I had a friend ask me today about circular aquariums other than the fact they look cool I know absolutely nothing about them can anybody give information about them

Setup and piping
Maintenance
Circulation


And anything else that may come to mind

They are really expensive.

We find it much easier using the magnet to clean the glass on our standard aquarium compared to our bow front. Not much of a curve either, end up using a scrubber on a stick.
