I hear you titus. I can suggest for the hardware side you might want to investigate virtual server with a reputable host. We have about 30 Windows and linux VM and love it. Need to add another NIC or increase RAM it only requires a reboot. Recovery is awesome, pooch an install you can do a full OS, SQL and data recovery with a couple of clicks and be back up and running in minutes rather than hours.

I would recommend any sysadmin look at hosted VM solution for their next server.

Hello,

Sorry had to do a sudden trip to London for a month and a half. Will continue when I'm done on the trip. In any event, I'm keen to close this out by end of year.

I was wondering the same thing - I've been away from geek land for too long..

Apparently it's a do-hickey for accessing bulletin boards on all these fancy new cell phones that I don't have.. Seriously, I'd be happy if I could get caller ID on my hunk of crud..
