Figured it out, the customer service associate you spoke to originally thought you were asking for a larger BK skimmer to dropship, which would ship on a pallet via air freight from Germany and cost right at about $400.

At any rate, if you do want the impeller at the quoted cost in my direct email to you that offer still stands. Just let us know what we can do to help out.

Jeremy you were great and responded to my emails quickly and I appreciated you trying to help me.

In the end it came down to me deciding to just buy a new pump instead of paying so much for the impeller.

I'd still like to know why you quoted me 100 euros ( 136 Canadian dollars) to ship something small like an impeller?

Giving ridiculous shipping quotes and not offering a secure way to make payment just makes it look like you don't wanna help the customer and just want to brush them off

wholy crap man things aren't cheap to ship 8000kms way maybe it was being Fed EX or UPS from Germany and if you look at the cost its a totally different impeller to that you are after. and I believe it was a ball park figure if you go look at the message. oh unless that im wrong. then I will be quiet.

And my biggest issue was with proline.
