![]() Made
some progress today. Stand is assembled and has second coat of paint.... ![]() Managed to yank the black plastic off the top of the tank, gave myself a heart attack when one side made a big popping sound as I was reefing on it. thought "Here we go again, breaking another one" But all was good. ![]() Pretty sure I know the answer here , BUT, When I put the eurobrace on, should I stop at the edges and leave the top of the overflow wide open ???? There should still be lots of support with the braces not spanning the entire length and width. Right LOL And lastly, the tank is 48" L x 24" H x 18" D. would you put a center cross brace ????? ![]() One more coat of paint to go on while I wait for my Plumbing fixtures to arrive.. Sure wish I could just get this stuff locally DAG NAB IT

![]() Hey Mike, you should go completely to the ends of the tank to make the euro brace as strong as possible. If you dont have the room to get you OF piping in with the euro on then do the plumbing first then put on the euro.

![]() The biggest problem I see with putting any cheato or macro algea in the OF is the possibility of it pulling of the OF and causing a flood.
