I wonder... does anyone care enough to read signatures if you make them really small? I would not. I would probably moan and complain, read three words and swear once or twice. But since you made it this far, please rate my builds.

Christy: That photo is about 8-9 years old which is why you dont see those ultras anymore. Also the country where they came from no longer allows the export of wild clams.

Apexifd: I sold them to a friend and there was a power failure/heat wave while he was away for the weekend... nuff said.

Paddyob: I would never eat a clam but live Crocea with fresh lime is a delicacy in some places. Sometimes when the collector is chiseling a crocea out of the reef flat the shell will get cracked. That's why they always brought limes when they went clam collecting. Have an accident and get a free snack out of it.

Not really an entry since I took this with my phone so the quality is poor but posted for more of just a show & tell. My buddy has had this clam for many years in his 250 gal tank and it's getting pretty big as in about 15-20 lbs. To get an idea of the scale, consider that the powder blue tang is about 4 inches long.
