that is correct...100% that is a mimic tang... mimicing a lemon peel angel.

It could also be a juvenile Orange Shoulder Tang. I had one for quite a while until it outgrew my tank and then passed on to my LFS. I had it for about a year and it retained the full yellow colour even though it was about 4"-5".
