Thx for reply, the point i was trying to make that LPS will respond to any pellet direct feeding, as long as food is not stolen by shrimps it will respond relatively quickly and open its mouth. At least my LPS does.

Its not to do with how they respond in terms of acting upon the food provided but the long term health benefits of the consumed food.

If you research new era they are trusted globally by most of the big names in the marine life industry, names such as Dubai Mall aquarium, toronto Zoo, Steinhart, Vancouver marine research laboratory. The list is massive, just have a look on their website

Yes all foods presented will likely be swallowed by an LPS but its the benefit that food gives the coral or fish that is important, and this is where NEA success comes in.

if you want the best for you fish and corals then feed NEW ERA, tall statement I know but then ask why do nearly all research and public aquariums use it?

Toronto Zoo went through months of in house evaluation of NEW ERA before accepting it, and we have just dispatched to them 50Kg of grazing diet, just one product on the list
