Ok, measured: It is 11" wide and about 9" tall on the height dimension, but bear in mind that it is meant to wrap around the side wall of the sump and you tighten the screw to hold it in place, so the top sits more or less flush with the top of the sump. The bulkhead is for 1.5" threaded PVC. It is slip on the inside of the bulkhead if you want a shunt in there (i.e. in case you're doing Herbie overflow and want the water draining under the water surface).
