Default My Reef Tank Video with AI LED

Hi Folks,

I put together a short video of my 180 gal reef system with Aquaillumination LED's. It's not as blue as it would be because of the camera settings.

Please let me know what you think:

I got the AI Sol Super Blues from goreef.com. I bought them for $3500 in a Boxing Day sale there. I've had them running since Mid-January. My corals love them (as you can see by the polyp extension) and are growing faster than when I had 3x250W MH + 4x80W T5HO Actinics system (Geissman Infinity). Algae problems have decreased for some reason. I still have hair algae (byropsis) growing off of the water return, which is not a big concern.

Good deal,...Nice clean looking units too...

What's the foot print and light height above the surface?

Beautiful tank. I really like the look of the lights. I also bought the AI Sol Blues for my new tank (taking forever to set up).

Would you keep updating us on the status of your corals in terms of growth over the next few months? I'm still a few months away from needing to decide on the lights of my new system, but while LEDS are an attractive option because they won't start a fire in the wall cavity the tank is going in, I'm still not convinced they can grow corals as well as MH.

ETA: your system is freaking beautiful... you might make a convert out of me.
