Coral Beauty multiple illness?

So my husband bought me a coral beauty last week as a surprise. One pectoral fin was torn up and her opposite side had a cut on it (probably from being caught) Anyway. After she settled in for a couple of hours i checked her out. The base of her torn fin was kind of fuzzy and white. Over the next couple of days it was going away and her fin didnt look as ragged but then her gills were getting a cloudy slime? over them almost looking like transparent velvet. But now it looks like its going away. Last night I noticed her eye (the one on the side with the torn fin) was going cloudy around the edges and the top of her dorsal has a white fuzzy spot on it.
What the heck is going on?

She eats like a pig, perfect swimming seems completely normal. My other two clowns are fine too. The coral beauty was in quarentine in the lfs for about a month prior to purchase. My husband had it on hold and its policy there to have saltwater fish in quarentine for a minimum of 3 weeks before sale.

Anyone have any ideas on what her issues are. Ive been doing research but I cant tell if its one disease or a bunch of them.
