this is a very good skimmer. I saw one in action. Much better than the vertex or aquamedic one in my opinion.

it IS a great skimmer.

I used this on my 160 gallon system that was heavily stocked.

I upgraded to a Deltec but in all honesty, the Schuran is comparable to my ap701.

The main reason im keeping th deltec rather than the schuran is that the deltec retails for more, and I am a sucker for that kind of thing.
