ive been looking around and cant find anyone with a dwarf lion and a green spotted puffer in the same tank. i was wondering if this would work out well. in my tank also is a false perc and a yellow tail damsel. reef tank 33g. i really want a puffer and if need be id drop the clown and the damsel for him.
I have seen people with full size lions and porqupines in the same tank but never their mini cousins.

My friend had that combo in his 120G and without serious conflict to my knowledge.

ok good so they are compatable now just the issue of if i have enough tank volume. i have a 33 g main and 20g sump but sump will only be 2/3 full so prolly around 50g total. gsp are said to need 30 g to themselves so im not sure if it is enough.

Ya neither is a smart idea together in a tank that size

I've had porcupine puffer & lionfish together but not a good idea to keep a small fish with a lionfish. Most of the time, eventually, the lionfish will eat tankmates small enough to fit in their cavernous mouths.
