Drilled two holes with a 1.5" hole saw then used the angle grinder with a a 4" diamond wheel on it. Used the bottom 1/4 of the holes for the curves in the cut. Took all of 15 or 20 mins. Couldn't believe how easy it was.

Never tasted skimmate but I'm fairly certain it would be better than glacier fresh Sasquatch **** !
