Ya I don't think there is much difference between the ballasts either. I have 2x40W NO Phillips 03 actinics. Sorry I didn't include that info earlier

Wow, just 80 watt's of actinic's sure makes a big difference in the color.

Ya, I really like the white I get from the 80W actinic. The yellow from the iwasaki bulbs is pretty crusty especially with these non-R ones. I did have the R bulbs running without actinic for awhile when I was having some rust problems and it looked okay but the supplemented actinic really get the job done. I don't know about VHO though, or if I'd do dual VHO. I'm just not into the real blue look I guess. Maybe someday when I win the aforementioned lottery or I have some spare cash.
