![]() Also keep in mind they regularly reach 5+ feet in captivity and swim constantly, a 3000gallon tank sounds way undersized for even one of them in my opinion.... and please dont consider "unloading" them on a public aquarium as an option if they get too big....

![]() He was looking for a shark that was bought before they were banned.He was hoping some body had one that had one that out grew a smaller tank.He isnt looking for one that was cought after they were banned.He was looking to rescue one in a smaller tank.If your into going after somebody it should be your local pet stores that sold and are selling sharks to anybody that has a tank without questioning them about the size of there tank.This is the reason the leopard shark is not fore sale anymore.
