So here's a revised sketch.

Option A is my original thinking.

Option B is with tabs on outside of eurobrace as suggested.
Better structurally to have the weight from lights on outside edge of eurobrace/tank?

I know my Radion RMS mount runs parallel with the mounts resting on the outside of my eurobrace. I’m thinking it would probably work the same in your case.

Here's mine 2cent.
Think about when you do maintenance. I know i have to move mine around when o have to do more then just a simple WC.

Maintenance won't be an issue.

I'll actually be restricted less than my current stacked up 2 x 6s lol.
