In the pics it looks like the tank is like 18" off the ceiling - is it? Looks like low ceiling in the basement. I'm wondering how he's going to clean 36" deep with that little space above - I'd like a video of the performance actually. Is it going to be a reef tank or FOWLR? Is this person a member here? I'd really like to watch the progression!

Wow, .. I .. I am weirdly torn between jealousy and a sort of relief that it's not MY build.
