![]() just go buy a cheap desk lamp from home depot or somthing, throw in one of those spiral 60w ligth bulbs and booomm, macro algae grows like crazy under crappy lights

![]() I bought a UFO LED one an it grows incredible algae. Just search LED UFO lights. I bought mine on ebay pretty cheap.

![]() if you are looking to get the same growth as you have now go with leds at just over half the wattage you have now in your cfl bulb. If you are looking to improve growth go with wattage around the same as you have now and it will be a very noticeable difference. Just make sure you have a grow type spectrum with mostly red , a little blue and a little white (a uv or 2 would not hurt either).
