I just upload image from my desktop to my photo album on Canreef and copy the URL - then delete picture when it's served its purpose

I'm old and find this easy

But that's only gonna work if:

1. the photo is set to public
2. you have a fb

Right on one point you do need facebook. I have had no problems linking a picture that's not set to public unless someone has never mentioned it wasn't working I guess I could try
