I put the maxi minis up for sale to see what happens, there's some interest but I don't know if they'll sell, might just put the maxi minis in my 80g. I kinda got ideas for turning it into a reef (bought corals during boxing sales and no room to put them) so I'm leaning towards that route. Got talking to Doug and we both agree a tail spot blenny (even a tiny one) is to big for the tank. Thinking a barnacle blenny would work and if I can ever get one of my LFS to order in a Flaming prawn goby, that would be awesome to have one in there.

my tail spot is really quite active so i'd have to agree. i'm not sure he'd be *as* active if there wasn't always a cat batting at the glass which he seems to love lol.
maybe a trio of trimmas? |

I really like the mini reef idea.
I agree, a Tailspot is way too active for such a small tank. Mine was constantly going in my 8'. I like lastlights trio of Trimma's idea. |

On friday I had to take out all the rock in order to remove the maxi minis, here's a pic of the rock dumped back in
After fiddling with the rock for a bit, I believe I got it back to the way it was. The water is a bit cloudy in this pic due to moving everything around, but it cleared up by the next day.

On Sat. I went to big als to buy a replacement pump for the tank. Needless to say the hydro pico 200 pumps suck! The 1st one lasted for 2 months before it died, and the last one I bought, lasted 3 months before it started to make funny sounds and started to die, cleaning it did not help, oddly made it worse
New and much improved (so far) pump I also went to Blue world and picked up a nassarius snail, rhodactis mushroom and small zoa frag. Then I went to Neal's (Marine Experience) and picked up 2 good sized zoa frags, a campfire monti frag and a florescent yellow/green monti. Waiting for everything to settle in and open up, then I'll take and post pic's
