with fragalot your lucky the frags are mounted...(sps) most are broke off thrown in a bag and sent. heat packs... came warm sometimes. if you know the time the plane arrives to the airport be there to pick it up before they put it on a truck to bounce around to your home. burc packages the frags well.. just iffy if the heatpacks last long enough or how they where fragged before shipping.

on a side note i am impressed with another company i have tried and thier 10$ frags from the same side of the country.

a little word of advice is to take a thermometer and refracometer or hydrometer with you and get the readings on video for the sainity and temp....take pics and a video of the package immediately soon as you get it
cheers
Good advice; unfortunately I won't be available to go pick it up so someone else will be in my stead, I doubt he will go through the effort, but it's a good thought!

The best thing to do with them is to e-mail them to see if they have what you want in stock. I have had some recent communication with them and they are fast to reply.

I did an oceans direct order a few weeks ago. The frags were nice sized, but they shipped them without heat packs. The weather that day in the origin city was really cold.. Minus something. Pretty much everything rotted, and the few that do look like they will live lost over half of their polyps.

Three or four of the frags were out of stock and were not shipped, the only way I knew this was a notice from Paypal refunding me some money. OD never bothered to tell me these were not in stock and I still don't know which ones I got and which ones I didn't, as none of the bags were labeled, and the paypal refund just said "four frags out of stock".

I sent them an email voicing my displeasure, and much to my surprise my total charge was refunded.. INCLUDING SHIPPING!:

IMO they made an honest mistake and didn't put heat packs in, and gave me no arguments about a refund.. Cash refund at that.. Not just a credit for future order. that's really Right On!
