No idea why this tank hasn't sold but looks to meet most of your dimension needs... I would've bought it long ago but already have a nearly identical tank. Awesome price to boot!

36"height, 18" width, 20.5" high, glass Hagen 50 gallon, in Delta (Ladner) I haven't had water in it in quite awhile, older but looked after. How much are you looking to spend? Just checking to see, if it is worth my time to pull it out and test it for you. Tank is not drilled and has black trim. PM me.
