Default new tank setup info

I am in process of setup what are some recommendtions i do not have a whole lot of power outlets I going to use a powerbar that is on connected to a GFI cord I found at a retailer today I think that should give me that extra safety margin any idea on this or tips or tricks or thinks i should add for future expansions.

Hi fishguyxd, I found that you can never have enough of powerbars, well especially in my case. For example, you may want to add a mechanical timer to turn your lights on & off, that will take up space on the powerbar, adding more powerheads for more flow, possibly a protein skimmer, a calcium reactor pump, a main pump, if you have a refugium, then a light on another timer for it , heater etc. I found that Coralife makes a good powerbar that has a built in mechanical timer and standard plug in. Good that you have a GFI. Regards Ken
