thewaterguy.ca has a really good price on permeate pumps. Same idea as a booster just doesn't use electricity. It relies on the waste water to boost pressure.

aquasafecanada.com has a good one it has pressure soloniods for shut off if you have a tank connected for drinking water and works pretty good,
