![]() I would avoid check valves. They seem like a good idea but really aren't. You should design to accommodate the back siphon if the pump loses power.
I used check valves on my return lines. When I lose power, they just bounce. One day I will probably get motivated and take them out. You can purchase these and many other hard to find plumbing supplies at Western Pump in the SE. HTH Brad |
