Well considering it says in their terms and conditions that shipping live animals is prohibited, I'd say you are SOL.
 But apparently its okay to ship animal heads, baby chicks, flowers and live insects at the shippers risk.   Sorry to hear your stuff got lost. I always thought they had some sort of tracking system. Anything I send goes into the computer and has a UPC type label affixed to it.  Christy
