Dogs drag their butts when their anal glands need expressing. Its likely got nothing to do with worms.

my purebred boxer got neutered at 6 months old and average weight for male is 55-65 lbs and 22-25" shoulder height hes absolutley shredded and weighs 91lbs and 30" shoulder height.

if you have no intention of breeding you should neuter him soon. less chance for aggressive tendancies since he has nothing to hump.
